With a dynamic legal background and a commitment to excellence, Christopher Brock brings a wealth of expertise and a strategic approach to his practice. As an Associate at Miller & Martin, PLLC, he has spent the past two years handling litigation and transactional law matters, helping clients navigate the intricacies of business law, government affairs, real estate, trust and estates, and bonds and tax incentives.
Christopher’s professional journey is rooted in delivering practical legal solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. His approach is built on the interconnectedness of his practice, industry pressures, and the communities he serves—ensuring clients receive innovative and effective guidance in today’s evolving landscape.
Upon graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, Christopher transitioned to a full-time associate position with Miller & Martin, PLLC. As a practicing attorney, Christopher is actively involved in legal and professional development initiatives. Last year he was appointed to the State Bar of Georgia’s Committee on Professionalism, where he served a 1-year term helping advance integrity, ethics, and professionalism within the legal profession.
Christopher has litigated six figure complex cases up to summary judgement at the trial court level and has handled briefing at both the Court of Appeals of Georgia and Supreme Court of Georgia. In his transactional practice, he has worked on multi-million dollar industrial revenue bond deals between private sector corporations and county development authorities, in addition to advising clients on various state and federal grants and tax incentives.
Now as a solo practitioner, Christopher focuses his practice on business law, real estate disputes, HOA law, tax incentives, technology law, and criminal law. His dedication to professionalism and delivering strategic solutions ensures his clients receive comprehensive and effective legal counsel.
